Music & Mushrooms Retreat

Dreaming in the Cactus Garden

Costa Rica ~ La Senda ~ 29th of February - 5th of March 2024

We are so excited to offer this beautiful week of music and medicine held on a sacred site in Costa Rica. This will be a 5 night transformational experience with 2 mushroom journeys held in the centre of a cactus labyrinth on a sacred site. This is a wonderful opportunity to truly connect to the living world, listen & learn from nature, to reconnect to our hearts and the unity within all things.

La Senda is home to the world's largest labyrinth made of 5,000 cacti and is there for us to explore and journey within. Walking a labyrinth is an ancient practice, used for meditation, prayer and reflection. It can be looked on symbolically as a hero’s journey of awakening and walking towards the centre enables us to come back to our true self.

This is a very rare opportunity to combine the power of music and mushrooms. Both these elements are powerful transformers enabling us to move beyond language, stories, and even our own identity, directing us toward a deep and meaningful reconnection with the divine.

The Facilitators

Lucyne Jade

Lucyne Jade is a Integrative Psychotherapist and specialises in Psychedelic Healing. She has 20 years of experience leading retreats and holding ceremonies and is a master of making connections between ancient wisdom and modern day neuroscience. On the retreat she creates an environment that is very safe, playful and loving and encourages vulnerability as strength.

Sonia Kreitzer

Sonia Kreitzer is a singer, songwriter, sound healer, yoga teacher, and meditation guide. She releases internationally acclaimed music under her artist name “Doe Paoro”. On the retreat she will help to activate you voice and embody and express the unifying power of sound.

Andy Sudbrock

Andy Sudbrock is an Ecologist and Medicine Man, specialising in guiding sacred mushroom ceremonies and reconnection to the natural world. With a deep connection to Mother Earth, he helps clients rediscover the incredible healing power of nature. He will be leading our nature immersions from the forest to the ocean and beyond.
