From The Ceiba Tree To The Stars

Costa Rica ~ Ārūḍha ~ 16th -22nd January 2026

We are so excited to offer this beautiful week on sacred land. This will be a 6 night, 7 day transformational experience, with two medicine journeys held in an ancient rain forest in Costa Rica. This is a rare opportunity for nourishing personal exploration in a gorgeous and magical setting.

In addition to our ceremonies, our time together will include supportive integration sessions with therapist Lucyne Pearson, nourishing meals, and a trip to the ocean, river or waterfalls.

The retreat will be held at the spectacular Ārūḍha Spiritual Sanctuary, close to Dominical.

The closest airport is San Jose.

It is the perfect sanctuary for peace, privacy and to go deep within.

We are right on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, where two miles of pure white sand intersect in a glorious whale like formation.

With humpbacks floating by, monkeys in the trees and exotic birds flying overhead; this environment feels like a psychedelic experience before we even begin.

This is a very rare opportunity to combine the power of music and medicine. Both these elements are powerful transformers enabling us to move beyond language, stories, and even our own identity, directing us toward a deep and meaningful reconnection with the divine.

The Facilitators

Lucyne Jade

From a young age, I was drawn to ancient healing practices and by the time I was 18, I was immersed in Osho's teachings and other spiritual centres, studying Zen theology, Reiki, Hypnosis, Family Constellations, Breathwork and chanting Sanskrit mantras. 

In my early 20's, my path led me to indigenous shamans in Brazil and Columbia where I experienced a deep reconnection to my true essence through the power of plant medicine. This journey has become a lifelong study, and after many years of training and initiations, I have been guiding plant and mushroom ceremonies for over 15 years. 

For over two decades, I have worked as an Integrative Psychotherapist, specialising in trauma and addiction recovery in London. I have pioneered the fusion of ancient shamanic practices with a therapeutic foundation, helping others to embody their true nature. I approach this work with the belief that the love and wisdom we seek are already present within us. 
With extensive experience leading retreats and ceremonies worldwide, my passion lies in guiding others into the heart space of compassionate knowing, where we can relax back into the spacious awareness that is already here.

Deva

I serve as a Shamanic Guide and song carrier, a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and trainee body psychotherapist. Over the years, I’ve supported children and families through trauma, offering therapeutic guidance and compassion. In ceremony, I offer sacred music, energetic support, and a deep well of love.

Since I can remember, I’ve felt called to explore the unseen — the inner landscapes of the soul, and the deeper mystery of life. Through years of practice, study, and deep personal healing, I’ve discovered tools to expand consciousness and return to wholeness. This path has taught me to live in alignment with my truth, and from that place, I feel honored to walk beside others on their journey.
