This is a powerful Breathwork and sound healing workshop. This is a gentle and transformative technique to release the old blocked emotions, thoughts and beliefs and be invigorated with new possibility. You will experience the healing effects of a natural, full and deep breath. The session provides deep relaxation, clarity, deeper intuition and a profound sense of peace.

After the uplifting breathwork we will take time to find stillness and integrate while listening to the angelic sounds of crystal singing bowls and vocal melodies from Lucyne Jade. This sound bath will support your body to let go and be deeply nurtured.

This class takes place in a private venue and there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere and it helps to connect more deeply with each other and ourselves.

Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is necessary.

Everything that you need is provided so you can relax, receive and expand. Booking soon is recommended as there are limited spaces.
