The Presence Process was created by Michael Brown and is a 12-week journey to integrate past emotional charges and reconnect with a state of present moment awareness.
The Presence Process Workshop facilitated by Lucyne is a 12-week workshop of 1-hour weekly zoom sessions (every Monday) where we hold space to guide you through this intense and transformative process. It is a powerful tool for emotional integration and growing our capacity to be compassionate and present adults in our lives. Working through this together and being held accountable in this way helps you get through when the going gets tough.
Each week we move through a new chapter where we are prompted to consider and reflect on a part of our conditioning. Old emotional imprints start to rise like neglected children coming up to be seen and heard at last. This process guides us towards a loving and accepting response. We do daily Breathwork (15 minutes morning and evening) and read the material for each week, giving us the opportunity to deeply re-connect to what is, the joy and wonder of Presence within and all around us every moment.
It is one of the most profound processes you can do for yourself and has deeply rewarding and sustainable results. This group will also have access to subconscious reprogramming audios to help you integrate the past and step into a fully liberated present moment experience.
