During the workshop you will start to expand your breath and this will help you to expand your life. The transformative breath will start to release blocked energy and old patterns and leave you feeling renewed, lighter and free-er.

After breathwork we will take time to find stillness and integrate while experiencing the restorative sound of gongs. Nicole will take you on a deep inner journey through facilitating release, self healing and deep nourishing for the immune system.
