Heart Fire Hub presents Conscious Breathwork & Live Music. This event will be a Summer Celebration led by Lucyne Jade and Kat Drake, experienced facilitators of many years and both warm hearted hosts.

This is a heart opening event where we come together and experience a powerful Breathwork session. This is a gentle and transformative technique to release the old blocked emotions, thoughts and beliefs and be invigorated with new possibility. You will experience the healing effects of a natural, full and deep breath. The session provides deep relaxtion, lightness, inspiration, clarity, deeper intuition and a profound sense of peace.

During this breathwork we will have live music by Kat Drake who is a successful singer and songwriter and sacred singer. She is classically trained with a masters in Music from the Guildhall. Her devotional songs will weave through the session offering a joyful and transcendental effect. 

After the uplifting breathwork we will take time to find stillness and integrate while listening to the angelic sounds of crystal singing bowls and vocal melodies from Lucyne Jade. This sound bath will support your body to let go and be deeply nurtured. 

As always, we will create a warm and welcoming space for us to connect more deeply with each other and ourselves.

Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is necessary. 

We will provide all you need to relax, receive and expand. Booking soon is recommended as there are limited spaces.

This event will be held in a in a beautiful venue in Belsize Park, overlooking gardens, with a large balcony.
