Join Heart Fire Hub for a SOUND & SONG CIRCLE hosted by Lucyne Jade and Kat Drake. 

This will be a heart opening evening filled with relaxing meditations, healing sounds, beautiful connections and the chance to sing our hearts out.

We start with a cleansing sage ritual and intention circle to align ourselves with our clear vision. We will move onto a crystal bowl sound healing where we will use ancient healing frequencies to bathe us with vibrations that reach a deep cellular level. This allows us to relese blocked and stuck energy and brings deep nourishment and relaxation for new possibilities in our lives. 

Then we will dive into some of the most powerful and uplifting mantras, medicine songs and indigenous songs from around the world, raising our voices and our spirits together as we sing. We use our voices as a sacred tool to connect to our inner self and our hearts. 

We are honoured to have a wonderful guest singer this month, Zoe Pollock, who had some amazing hit singles, including Sunshine on a Rainy Day. 

Lastly, we will end with healthy fruit and a beautiful warm space to share and connect with each other before returning home. This event will be held in a in a beautiful new venue in Hampstead with a garden surrounding the space.
